This Conn silver plated C Melody saxophone features the name “Williams Winnipeg” engraved at the bottom of the bell under the engraving, and is perhaps the original player’s name, or a music store that it was purchased from. The phone number of the former owner is also scratched in next to the serial number, which is not an uncommon sight for vintage instruments. It is in great cosmetic shape for its age, and is in great playing condition as well. Features rolled tone holes and flat metal resonators with rivets. Comes with its original hard case. Circa 1923.
